We’re the leading Workflow Automation provider, and we’re looking for a skilled Airtable & No-Code Specialists to join our team at Ace Workflow.

What you will be doing:
• Lead client workshops to uncover workflow challenges and prototype solutions.
• Scope, build, and implement Airtable-based solutions, integrating with 3rd-party systems as needed.
• Work on projects, typically lasting 4-6 days over 2-3 weeks, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with workflow consultants and other experts in our team to design and launch efficient, scalable workflows for clients.
Must haves:
• Advanced Airtable skills, including Airtable Interfaces, and familiarity with Make and Zapier for workflow automation.
• Experience creating and optimizing workflows in at least two departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product).
• You’ve implemented and managed Airtable rollouts in these departments and can speak to the challenges and successes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus points for
• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, or other AI models.
• Experience with Glide, Softr, or custom Airtable scripting (JavaScript).
• Background in API integrations.
